Missed Appointments

In June there were 129 missed appointments, which wasted over 21 hours of surgery time.  Please ring to cancel your appointment if you cannot make it.  We also have a 24 hour cancellation line - 01280 704122.   Appointments can be cancelled online if you have registered with Emis Access and you can also cancel via text.  We do appreciate those patients who let us know they cannot attend their appointment, this enables other patients to use your appointment.

Please ensure we have an up to date mobile number so we can send a confirmation/reminder text about your appointment.
