Repeat Prescriptions

You can order a repeat prescription in any of the following ways:

  • Order online by clicking the link above - this is the most efficient way

  • Tick the relevant box on your prescription for the medicine(s) that you require and put the prescription into the box outside our Dispensary.

PLEASE ALLOW  5 WORKING DAYS TO COLLECT YOUR MEDICATION FROM OUR DISPENSARY OR THE CHEMIST
 

  • Telephone 01280 709575. This is an automated system allowing you to order your medicines 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.   
  • WITH EFFECT FROM 1ST SEPTEMBER THIS SERVICE WILL NO LONGER BE AVAILABLE.

**  PLEASE NOTE THAT FROM APRIL 23rd 2018 YOUR CHEMIST/APPLIANCE CONTRACTOR WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO ORDER MEDICATION ON YOUR BEHALF, YOU WILL NEED TO ORDER YOUR PRESCRIPTION YOURSELF DIRECT FROM THE SURGERY VIA ANY OF THE METHODS ABOVE.  IF YOU ALREADY DO THIS THEN NOTHING WILL CHANGE.  **

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
