We have a group of patients who meet on a regular basis with the Practice Manager. The aim of the group is to improve services for the Patient. The group consists of the following members:

Meetings

Meetings usually take place quarterly at the Practice.

The information you supply us will be used lawfully, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR 2018. The Data Protection Act 2018 gives you the right to know what information is held about you and sets out rules to make sure that this information is handled properly.
