Suggestions
The practice welcomes feedback from patients, and any ideas or suggestions you would like to make for improving the service we offer would be gratefully received.
Complaints
In addition, we operate a practice based complaints procedure, if you do wish to make a complaint, we will deal with your concerns sensitively and quickly and would aim to resolve matters to your satisfaction. Patients, carers and relatives can be reassured that they will not be unfairly treated or discriminated against as a result of making a complaint. All complaints are viewed by the practice as a learning experience. For all dispensary/prescribing complaints, please address any correspondence to Julie Tiller - Dispensary Manager.
Managed repeat prescription service
Are you on regular medication? Have you ever found yourself forgetting to re- order your medication in time? Do you sometimes find it difficult to get to the surgery to hand in your repeat prescription?
If so, we can save you the trouble of having to make an extra trip to the surgery to order your medication each month and also save you the worry of remembering to order before you run out. By using the managed repeat service, we will automatically re- order your medication for you and will give you a date to pick up your next month’s medicines at the time of collection. Items are ordered well in advance so as well as saving you an extra trip to order your medicines there will be fewer occasions when you will be asked to return to pick up anything that was not in stock. If your medication changes just let us know.
If you are interested in using the managed repeat service just ask any of the dispensary staff. You will just need to sign a consent form allowing us to hold your repeat slips, and we will do the rest.

For those living more than one mile from a chemist, medicines can be supplied direct from our dispensary at your request.

This service provides an opportunity for you to discuss with a dispenser any questions related to your medication and any concerns of difficulties you may be having.
